1. Timeframe: Product uploads are verified Okay, however if for any reason return is necessary then the return should be done maximum 5 days of receiving the items.
2. Condition of the Item: Return can only be attended to if the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging and tags intact, there should not be any form of damage.
3. Proof of Purchase: Also send the proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when returning the item.
4. Return Authorization: An authorization mail to return is due to be sent latest the second day of receipt
5. Refund Method: The refund may be issued in the same form as the original payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), or as store credit.
6. Return Shipping: Primeprostore will not be responsible for the cost of return
7. Exemptions are for
   a) Clearance Items i.e. All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange because clearance section are offered at a significant discount and are non-returnable.
   b) Final Sale Items i.e Items marked as ‘final sale’ cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
